Natural remedies for skin acne
Acne became a serious problem especially for teenagers or adults and they want to get rid of it with out spending a lot of money. Mustard oil is one of the best way to get your skin clear from acne. Apply a drop of oil on pimple at night and leave it for whole night. Pimples will vanish in few days. Most of time bad food habits cause acne problem. According to researcher’s junk food, fizzy drinks and less use of water in diet cause acne. Increase the intake of water in diet, it keeps the skin hydrate and detoxified. Orange abstracts are very useful for skin and help to reduce spots or pimples. You can dry the orange peel in the sun and make powder of it. Apply this powder by making a paste with rose water for 15 minutes and then wash it.
If the paste of neem leaves applied on skin, it can also help to prevent acne problem. Here is one more homemade pack which improves skin texture with clear complexion. Take almonds and soak them in water overnight. In morning peel off almonds, make a paste by adding honey and lemon juice in it. If this face pack is applied daily on face for 10 minutes it gives best results.
