TIPS FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN
Your skin is one part of your body that is exposed to sun rays and dust all the time. It needs extra protection and care from dangerous UV rays and those rash dirt particles. A beautiful skin requires your attention and some love! A natural way, that I shall explain, to ease out your skin is the best way for regeneration! So tips for skin care, here we go!
Sleep is one thing, if not taken in proper amount can turn you from a normal looking human to Frankenstein! 8 hours a day, to the minimum proper sleep can do wonders, leaving you fresh and radiant. If not taken, yes you’ll start looking like a Frankenstein, with dark shades under your eyes, you’ll look older than before, and wrinkles start appearing. Beware!
Skin care: Water alert!
8-10 glasses of water per day keeps the old age away. Yes you heard me. Water takes up almost most of our body and it’s one of the dark secrets behind beautiful skin. It releases the waste products in the cells and leaves the cells clean and healthy whose effect shines out on your skin. Water has a trillion benefits for your skin but for that I’ll have to write a book. Till then, you should just drink 8-10 glasses per day.
Skin care: Say no to drugs
You want to die? Really? You hate you’re skin so much that you want to take up DRUGS? You want to look old?
You want wrinkles? You want dark, black lips? Well, yes, that’s what drugs do to you. So if you’re really interested in getting all this, please start taking drugs.
Skin care: Balance it up!
‘You are what you eat’, is a very famous saying by Mr. I-don’t-know-who. But that’s true and whatever you eat shows on your skin. You eat junk, you’re skin will look like a piece of junk. But yes if you’re eating fresh fruits and vegetables in right amounts everyday…..well you sure won’t look like a fat apple but fresh and appealing like it. So in small amounts take in the use of fruits and vegetables everyday and if you see no positive change…punch me.
Skin care: Some natural tips (what my mom does and it works)
- Mix honey in water and drink daily in the morning to keep your skin shiny and smooth.
- Warm honey and mix with lemon juice and apply on to face. Wash after it dry.
- Massage your skin with milk. Milk has moisturizer; it will keep your skin smooth.
- Mix turmeric and cream on the top of milk, massage that mixture to body.
- Skin rashes are the result of silicon deficiency. To avoid pus and rashes, eat plenty of sprouts, alfalfa, barley, tomatoes, spinach, strawberries and figs.
