With complex and not entirely satisfactory use of medicines has come an alternate way for remedies to diseases. People now prefer what help nature has to offer. Natural remedies are more effective and less expensive.
Be sure to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits per day especially those fruits which are abundant in antioxidants like beta-carotene, vitamin C and selenium. Avoid red meat, processed foods, red and yellow dyes, monosodium glutamate, nitrites (found in cured meats), saccharin, sugar, dairy products, alcohol, caffeine-containing drinks, aspartame (NutraSweet), and hydrogenated vegetable oils.
Drink plenty of water daily, 8-10 glasses, to keep the waste materials flowing out of the body.

- The extract of milk-thistle helps to strengthen the liver and detoxify your whole body. It is suggested you take 150 milligrams three times a day.
Refrain from using bergamot (yeah its crazy name) oil on your skin in the bath if you have to be unprotected in the sun as it greatly increases the vulnerability of suns damaging rays on your skin.
